I am wanting to request more customisation with regards to whether we need emails at every stage of the process or even the ability to customise it to go to different email addresses.
The issue we have at our practice is that we always have one person raising and reviewing their payments and one checking and approving them. However because of how we operate in the practice we have to have everyone assigned with the same roles, which ends up that we all get 4 emails per payment. We can be out of our emails for 10 minutes and come back to 20 emails for 5 payments which just seems a little excessive?
