Some feedback from one of our clients 'Only feedback would be when I set up a payment run, it would be good to have a prompt to show the exact amount that I would need to pay into the account to cover the payment run taking into account what's already in the account'

Our team implemented an email to approvers the day before to let them know exactly how much to top up for payruns in the next 48 hours.

This works out the amount due for payment and the current account balance and amount needed.
