We have released the toggle to select either the contact or bank name via our Xero Bills page.

This feature will shortly be released! You will be able to select which name to use in our Xero Bills tab and we will remember your selection for next time so you don't need to do it every time.
We are also working on a toggle where you can default to contact or financial name in our settings tab.

Agreed - It created an issue where the payment failed to send due to the amount of a specific transaction within a batch being fairly large on a non matching name. Telleroo should really fetch the bank account information from Xero as opposed to the contact/supplier name as this is the information being used to pay.

Helen Campbell Thanks for this feedback. When you are creating a Xero bill pay run in Telleroo were thinking of adding the ability to toggle between the Xero contact name and Xero bank account name here. It would just show next to the contact name here where blue box is.

Would it be possible to consider making the "Account Name" data in the financial details the default option if the field is populated? Or could Telleroo remember the last selected field data?
How would this be presented in the pay run? Would each line item be flagged if both the "Contact Name" and "Account Name" fields from Xero had data?
